Relational, Integrative, Depth-Oriented Psychotherapy

Deeply Personal. Distinctly Supportive. Fully Attuned.

Where We Begin

If you’re here, you may already sense that something in your life feels out of alignment, even if you can’t fully name it yet.

Therapy at Bountiful Health begins by creating space to pause and pay attention. Rather than rushing toward solutions, we take time to understand what you’ve been carrying, how your inner world has been shaped, and which patterns may no longer be serving you.

Whether we meet in person in Orinda or online across California, therapy is a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making room for something new.

How We Work

Therapy here is collaborative and unfolds at a pace that feels right for you. We work together to notice patterns, reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been pushed aside, and develop a deeper understanding of your emotional experience.

Our work is relational, integrative, and trauma-informed, grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based principles. Rather than focusing only on symptom reduction, therapy here centers on self-understanding, emotional integration, and building a more connected relationship with yourself.

This is a real, engaged therapeutic relationship shaped by what unfolds between us. I listen closely to what’s spoken and to what may be harder to put into words, including emotions that have been minimized, avoided, or carried quietly for years. Sessions are conversational and responsive, shaped by what feels most alive and relevant in the moment.

Therapy unfolds at a pace guided by readiness rather than urgency. We don’t rush intimacy or impose meaning. Your autonomy, boundaries, and inner timing are respected so insight and change can emerge in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

Many clients come to therapy feeling caught in cycles of self-doubt, self-criticism, emotional numbing, or a persistent sense of not being “enough.” These patterns are not personal failures. They are understandable responses that once served a purpose and may no longer fit the life you want to live.

A Thoughtful,
Boutique Approach

At Bountiful Health, we don’t view your struggles as flaws to be fixed. We see them as meaningful responses shaped by your history, relationships, and life experiences. Therapy becomes a place to make sense of these patterns with compassion, allowing integration and change to unfold without pressure to perform or be “better.”

Bountiful Health is intentionally small by design. By maintaining a limited caseload, therapy remains personal, responsive, and thoughtfully held over time. This boutique structure supports depth, continuity, and meaningful relational work.

You’re not just another appointment on a calendar. Your story matters here, and your growth is met with presence, respect, and care.

Therapeutic Modalities,
Made Simple

Therapy terms can sometimes sound like jargon, but at their core, they’re simply ways of supporting growth and making sense of your experience.

Our work is guided by a relational, integrative framework, meaning therapy is always collaborative, responsive, and centered around you. Each session is shaped by what you’re bringing in the moment, rather than a predetermined method or agenda.

You don’t need to know the terminology or decide which approach fits best. Our work together always begins with where you are. As therapy unfolds, we may draw from a range of evidence-informed approaches in service of helping you feel seen, supported, and understood.

These may include:

  • Relational-Integrative Therapy blends different therapy approaches to best fit your unique needs, with a strong focus on the healing power of a safe, trusting therapist-client relationship. This approach supports personal growth through collaboration, emotional attunement, and flexibility.

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy recognizes the impact of past trauma and prioritizes emotional safety, trust, and empowerment. This approach helps you process painful experiences at a pace that feels right for you, reducing their hold on your present life and supporting long-term healing.

  • Attachment-Based Therapy focuses on how early caregiver relationships influence your ability to feel safe, trust, and connect. This approach helps you heal old attachment wounds, build healthier relationship patterns, and feel more secure and connected in your life today.

  • Depth therapy goes beyond surface symptoms to explore the root causes of emotional pain, self-doubt, and disconnection.

Psychodynamic Therapy explores how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape your current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By increasing insight and self-awareness, you can break unhelpful cycles, understand yourself more deeply, and make choices that alignn with your needs and values.

  • This approach emphasizes the co-created relationship between us. Healing grows through empathy, presence, and the unique dynamic we build together.

  • This supports your search for meaning, freedom, and purpose. It honors your innate capacity for growth and helps you connect with what truly matters in your life.

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you identify and change unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. By practicing new ways of thinking and responding, you can manage challenges more effectively and create lasting change.

  • Mindfulness-Based Therapy teaches you to notice your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations in the present moment without judgment. This awareness helps you respond to life’s challenges with calm, clarity, and self-compassion, reducing stress and improving emotional well-being.

These approaches support a therapy experience that is exploratory, grounded, and responsive, offering both insight and practical integration.
