Your Search for the Right-Fit East Bay Therapist:
You’ve tried everything to feel better - read the books, pushed through, kept it all together. From the outside, you may look fine. But inside, you’re tired. Anxious. Disconnected. No matter how hard you try, something still feels stuck.
And now you’re here, scrolling another therapist’s website, wondering if this will be any different.
I get it. Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying so much. But you don’t have to keep doing this alone.
I created this space to help you quickly sense whether we might be a good fit. Because therapy isn’t just about getting help - it’s about feeling safe, seen, and truly supported.
Hi, I’m Anita.
I’m glad you found your way here!
Why I Do This Work
I founded Bountiful Health to create a welcoming space where compassion, safety, and shared wisdom come together - a place where your well-being is truly cared for.
My passion for this work is deeply personal, rooted in my own healing journey and a desire to help others experience meaningful, lasting change. I know firsthand the power of feeling seen and supported in therapy. That experience inspires my commitment to offering a safe, nonjudgmental space where your resilience and growth can unfold.
My Approach
As a trauma-informed Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Orinda, CA, I provide relational, integrative therapy for adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relational challenges, life transitions, and more. I hold a Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology and bring warmth, curiosity, and care into every session.
My approach is collaborative and attuned, honoring your pace, your voice, and your goals. Whether you’re processing the past, navigating the present, or reconnecting with your sense of self, I offer support that is both grounded and deeply relational.
A Different Kind of Therapy
If you’ve landed here, you may be looking for more than quick fixes or surface-level support. Maybe you appear capable and dependable on the outside, while inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected. You might be caught in patterns of perfectionism, over-responsibility, or self-doubt, going through the motions without feeling fully alive.
That’s where this kind of therapy is different.
It’s not just about managing symptoms. It’s about slowing down, getting curious, and listening to what’s underneath. Together, we’ll explore patterns that no longer serve you, uncover deeper truths, and move toward a fuller sense of self.
The struggles you carry inside may not always be visible, but they matter. And here, it will be met with care.
This therapy is relational, trauma-informed, and rooted in depth. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s reconnection. Not just surviving, but feeling whole, alive, and more yourself.
Who We Work With
At Bountiful Health, we provide individual therapy for adults and teens in Orinda, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, and Moraga, as well as secure online therapy across California.
We support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, old wounds, or times of uncertainty. Our work is grounded in empathy, depth, and real connection.
Your journey is uniquely yours, and it’s an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your values, your strength, and the life you want to build. Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing what’s “wrong” - it can be a space to come home to yourself.
