About Bountiful Health
A Boutique East Bay Therapy Practice in Orinda
Thoughtful, relational therapy for adults and college students navigating disconnection, uncertainty, and the feeling of being lost in their own lives.
Deeply Personal. Distinctly Supportive. Fully Attuned.
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and the practice you choose shapes what that experience feels like.
Founded by Anita Bardsley, Bountiful Health is a boutique therapy practice in Orinda, California, offering relational, integrative therapy for adults and college students throughout the East Bay and online across California.
We're intentionally small by design. By keeping a carefully limited caseload, we can give each client thoughtful, consistent attention and therapy that feels personal and never rushed.
Therapy That Fits Your Life
Care that moves with your life.
Sessions happen in our Orinda office or online, and many clients move between the two depending on what a given week looks like. Whether you're traveling, have a changing school schedule, or have a day when getting to the office just isn't realistic, your care doesn't have to pause for it.
This is in-depth work, not just symptom relief.
We're not here to help you manage symptoms for a few weeks and move on. We're here for the slower work of understanding what's underneath, so the change you find actually holds.
Why This Matters
A smaller practice isn't just a nicer way to do things. It's what makes relational, depth-oriented therapy possible. This kind of support depends on continuity over time, allowing the therapist to track the patterns across sessions and build the kind of relationship real change depends on, not start over each time. That takes time and attention that's hard to come by in a high-volume practice.
We work with adults navigating anxiety, disconnection, self-worth, and major life transitions. Many of the people we see are looking for an approach that feels personal rather than formulaic, grounded rather than generic, and deeply attuned to who they are and what they're dealing with.
