You Feel Like
Something Is Missing.

…and you don't feel like yourself.

From the outside, your life may look fine. You're capable, responsible, and you keep showing up. But beneath the surface, keeping everything together has become exhausting. You feel disconnected from yourself, unsure of what you truly want, or like you're simply going through the motions.

Maybe you've spent years meeting expectations, caring for others, or doing what needed to be done. Now you're beginning to realize the way you've always moved through life isn't working anymore.

If any of this resonates, then welcome.

You don't have to figure it out on your own.

Hi, I’m Anita.

I am glad you found your way here.

I know what it's like to sense that something isn't quite right, even when life looks fine from the outside.

As a licensed therapist and founder of Bountiful Health, I work with adults and college students throughout the East Bay and across California who feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about what's next and are ready for deeper understanding and meaningful change.

Together, we focus on reconnecting with yourself, building greater self-trust, and creating relationships and a life that feels more fully your own.

Because understanding what's happening is only the beginning.

You don't have to keep
feeling this way.

Therapy isn't about becoming someone different overnight. It's about understanding the patterns behind how you think, feel, and relate to others, so they no longer have to define how you live.

Within a safe, supportive relationship where you feel genuinely understood, you'll begin to feel more like yourself. You'll feel less driven by anxiety and self-doubt, trust your own judgment more, and feel more at ease in your relationships.

The goal isn't just to feel better in the moment. It's to build a different relationship with yourself, one that continues long after therapy ends.

What Becomes Possible

When you've spent years carrying anxiety, second-guessing yourself, or putting everyone else's needs before your own, it's easy to forget that life can feel different.

Therapy can't eliminate every challenge or uncertainty. But over time, many people begin to notice meaningful shifts in how they relate to themselves, their relationships, and the life they're living.

You stop feeling like you're constantly at war with yourself.

Anxiety and overthinking no longer take up so much space.

You trust yourself more and second-guess yourself less.

Setting boundaries becomes easier and less guilt-inducing.

Your relationships feel more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

You feel more connected to yourself, your values, and the life you want to create.

Life doesn't suddenly become perfect. But it often feels less like something you're managing and more like something you're living.

The Process

Beginning Therapy Doesn't Have To Be Complicated

01. Reach Out

Begin with a free consultation and share a little about what's bringing you to therapy. There's no pressure and no need to have everything figured out beforehand.

02. Connect

We'll talk, answer any questions, and see if we're a good fit. If so, we'll schedule your first session and begin meeting weekly.

03. Move Forward

Over time, you may find yourself feeling less stuck, more connected to yourself, and clearer about what matters most.
